On the 20th of April, 2021, Philippos Philippou, eBOS R&D Senior Project Manager, attended the Technical Integration Workshop organised for the FENIX project by the project coordinator Ertico ITS. A total of 80 participants took part in the virtual meeting, which featured interesting presentations and discussions on the status of the development and technical integration of the FENIX connector, efforts undertaken for the deployment of the FENIX infrastructure in pilot sites as well as the validation activities. The agenda also included a review of the standardisation endeavours to integrate standards across the various pilot sites and corridor information systems.

In the project, eBOS leverages its wide expertise in digital technologies and participates in the integration-related activities, which will adapt, improve and integrate the technology building blocks of the FENIX federated ecosystem.  FENIX project promises to bring technological innovation and digitalisation to Transport & Logistics stakeholders by developing the very first European federated Architecture for data sharing along the nine Trans-European Network (Ten-T) corridors.
